Care for your wool garment

Wool is a natural, delicate, and breathable fiber that requires proper care to preserve its softness, shape, and longevity. By following these care guidelines, your wool sweater or garment will maintain its quality over time.

Washing

Machine washing is strongly discouraged. Opt for hand washing in cold or slightly lukewarm water. Use only a mild detergent formulated for delicate fibers or wool to avoid felting and fiber damage.

Drying

After washing, do not twist your wool garment or place it in the tumble dryer. Gently press out excess water, then lay flat on a clean towel to dry. This method helps preserve the garment’s shape and prevent distortion.

Daily care

Wool does not require ironing; if needed, simply use steam to smooth the garment and, to maintain its appearance, gently remove any pilling using a fabric shaver.
